CROWN RENOVATIONS' Information

   STORM DAMAGE PROCESS

1.     We can help you perform a thorough inspection of your home and property to
evaluate the extent of damage that would be covered under a NO FAULT claim
       with your insurance company.

Determining CRITERIA for the value of damages are:
-SCOPE OF WORK;  what was damaged?
                -QUANTITIES; how much was damaged?
-PER UNIT PRICING; cost of each item per industry
                 approved estimating software?

2.     If damage is found, CROWN will assist you in the filing of a claim with
       your insurance company.

3.     An appointment will be made for us to meet with the insurance adjuster
to inspect the damage together. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP TO INSURE
A TIMELY RESOLUTION IN COMPLETING THE WORKOften it is necessary
to schedule a second meeting with representatives of your insurance
company to resolve any differences in the SCOPE, QUANTITIES, or
       PER UNIT PRICING.

4.     Upon approval to proceed from your insurance company, we will meet
to select the materials, colors, profiles, warranties and other
details of how the work will be performed.

5.     When the initial payment arrives, CROWN will begin the work with the
       materials you have selected.

6.     Upon completion of the work, CROWN will notify and submit the proper
       paperwork to your insurance company.

7.     The final payments will be released to you for your final payment to CROWN.
(Some times the payment will be issued to both the owner and mortgage holder or the contractor, too.)

CROWN  WILL DO THE WORK FOR WHAT THE INSURANCE COMPANY PAYS.
There is no cost to you except your deductible
       or material upgrades, if applicable.
